Two steps are necessary to conveniently access appero quote in your quote process.
1. Customize the page layout of the opportunity
Please show the "Quotes" related list in the opportunity layout. To do this, select an opportunity record and click Edit Page. Place the related list below the opportunity layout.
2. Set up buttons for appero quote
Under Setup → Object Manager → Opportunity → Page Layouts you can add the desired "Mobile and Lightning Actions":
The following buttons are available:
Button Name | Function |
|---|---|
New Quote | Starts the quote editor to create a new quote for the opportunity. |
New Order Confirmation | Generates an order confirmation of the selected quote (if this function is used). |
