appero quote Setup App

After the installation, the appero quote Admin can use the application "appero quote settings" or "appero quote setup". The appero quote setup allows initialization, basic configuration and ongoing administration.

Initial configuration

At the first call after installation, the system requests a number sequence, which is automatically and continuously incremented with each newly saved quote and, together with the quote prefix, results in the quote number. This is available as a variable in the quote editor and can be adjusted in the setup at any time.

Home page - Overview

Once the quote number has been initially defined, the homepage of the setup app opens with all relevant information about the quote module:

The home page is divided into three tabs:

• Templates: List view of quote templates used

• Styles: List view of existing clients

• Data Quality: Dashboard to check the scope and consistency of your configurations
