On the start page of the appero quote setup app, you already have access to two essential elements of your configuration: quote templates and clients or styles.
Quote templates
Quote templates ensure legally and substantively consistent quotes and significantly reduce the time spent by individual users.
In the "appero quote settings" - menu item "Templates" all quote templates can be managed and activated or deactivated. A click on the respective record opens the corresponding record page and allows editing the template in the quote editor.

Styles
appero quote is multi-client capable. This means that several companies with different business addresses and individual letter paper can use the quote editor in the same Salesforce environment. In the Styles tab you have access to the existing clients and thus the possibility to store letter paper files and your CSS styles
The letter paper for the cover page and the following pages can be stored for each client. In addition, an editor is available for editing the so-called CSS style sheet. This can be used to influence all formatting of the quote - including colors, sizes and spacing.
You can enter the following values at the client

An active client is assigned to a quote template via the master data dialog.
Even if you want to use only one offer layout, please create a client for this purpose to be able to maintain your CSS and letter paper.
Letter paper
Below the CSS section you can store the letter paper of the cover page as well as the following pages:
Recommendations for the background images:
Full-page backgrounds should have a minimum size of 794x1123 pixels at a resolution of 72 dpi.
We recommend a DIN A4 template with a resolution between 150 and a maximum of 300 dpi to ensure a qualitatively appealing presentation.

The file size of a letter paper image must not exceed 100 KB so that the upload works smoothly. At the same time, this keeps the file size of the quote document manageable.

Signatures
Signatures of the users are stored at the object User in the field "Signature URL" SF42_SignatureURL01__c and can be displayed in the field "Signature Preview" SF42_SignaturePreview01__c. In the Classic Setup of appero quote, you can also upload the signature images directly in the Signatures area.
The signature of the respective Salesforce user is then read dynamically in the quote editor via the Signatures element. The size of the images is automatically adjusted if this is stored accordingly in the CSS stylesheet of the client.
