Correct display of empty variables in dynamic header.

For each quote template you can define a header and template that will be displayed in the PDF. You can also use variables that are read dynamically at this point.

Changes in patch 22.101: The display error when displaying empty variables in the header and footer has been fixed.

More flexibility for product images

In addition to the standalone image element, appero quote also gives you the option to add images directly to the product record and display them below the product description.

Changes in patch 22.101: The image tab on the product now also offers the option to remove an existing graphic as well.

Other fixes and optimizations

The possibility to include a custom component to select Account 2-4 is again compatible with version 22.101 Problems with loading and scrolling through a freshly opened quote are fixed
