Two steps are necessary to conveniently access appero quote in your quote process.

1. Customize the page layout of the opportunity

Please show the "Quotes" topic related list in the opportunity layout. To do this, select an opportunity record and click Edit LayoutPage. Place the topic related list below the opportunity layout.

2.  Set Set up buttons for appero quote

Under Setup → Object Setup → Object Manager → Opportunity → Page → Page Layouts , you can manage the custom buttons you want within the "Quotes" topic list:

add the desired "Mobile and Lightning Actions":

The following buttons are available:

Button Name

Function

New Quote

Starts the quote editor to create a new quote for the opportunity

Decline Quote

Sets the status of a quote to "inactive". Only inactive quotes can be deleted.

Incoming Orders

Sets the stage of the selected quote to "accepted" and all other quotes of the opportunity to "rejected" and inactive. The opportunity is set to "Closed/Won"

New Order Confirmation

Generates an order confirmation of the selected quote (if this function is used).
