Two steps are necessary to conveniently access appero quote in your quote process.
1. Customize the page layout of the opportunity
Please show the "Quotes" topic list in the opportunity layout. To do this, select an opportunity record and click Edit Layout. Place the topic list below the opportunity layout.
2. Set up buttons for appero quote
Under Setup → Object Manager → Opportunity → Page layoutsLayouts, you can manage the custom buttons you want within the "Quotes" topic list:
The following buttons are available:
Button Name | Function |
|---|---|
New | Starts the quote editor to create a new quote for the opportunity. |
Decline Quote | Sets the status of a quote to "inactive". Only inactive quotes can be deleted. |
Incoming |
Orders | Sets the stage of the selected quote to "accepted" and all other quotes of the opportunity to "rejected" and inactive. The opportunity is set to "Closed/Won". |
New |
Order Confirmation | Generates an order confirmation of the selected quote (if this function is used). |
