The quote process with appero quote integrates seamlessly with the Salesforce opportunity process - from opportunity creation to negotiation to winning the deal. Therefore, by default, quotes can only be created from open opportunities. If it is necessary in your sales process to create new quotes from closed opportunities as well, you can set an appropriate parameter for this purpose. To do this, you or your administrator create a setup text of type Parameter with the name name |
