Seitenlayout der Opportunity anpassen

Blenden Sie bitte die Themenliste “Angebote” im Opportunity-Layout ein. Wählen Sie hierfür einen Opportunity-Datensatz an und klicken Sie auf "Layout bearbeiten". Platzieren Sie die Themenliste unterhalb des Opportunity-Layouts.

2. Schaltflächen für appero quote einrichten

Unter Setup → Objekt-Manager → Opportunity → Seitenlayouts können Sie die gewünschten benutzerdefinierten Schaltflächen innerhalb der Themenliste "Angebote" verwalten:

Folgende Schaltflächen stehen zur Verfügung:

Customize the page layout of the opportunity

Please show the "Quotes" topic list in the opportunity layout. To do this, select an opportunity record and click Edit Layout. Place the topic list below the opportunity layout.


2. Set up buttons for appero quote

Under Setup → Object Manager → Opportunity → Page layouts, you can manage the custom buttons you want within the "Quotes" topic list:

The following buttons are available:

Button NameFunction
New

Starts the quote editor to create a new quote for the opportunity.

Reject quoteSets the status of a quote to "inactive". Only inactive quotes can be deleted.
Incoming ordersSets the stage of the selected quote to "accepted" and all other quotes of the opportunity to "rejected" and inactive. The opportunity is set to "Closed/Won".
New order confirmationGenerates an order confirmation of the selected quote (if this function is used).
