Einführung
Neben der Einzelauswahl von Produkten über die Produktsuche, haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, bereits vorhandene Opportunity-Produkte in ein neues Angebot zu laden oder ein bestehendes Angebot als Vorlage zu verwenden, was natürlich auch die enthaltenen Produkte beinhaltet.
Beide Möglichkeiten bieten Ihnen eine Zeitersparnis bei der täglichen Arbeit und ermöglichen eine transparente Versionierung von Angeboten. Wird ein Angebot als Vorlage verwendet, kommt erleichternd hinzu, dass natürlich auch Änderungen an Texten und Bildern mit in die neue Version übernommen werden.
Übersicht und Produktauswahl
Nach der Auswahl eines bestehenden Angebots als Vorlage oder bei Klick auf die Schaltfläche “Produkte aus Opportunity übernehmen” öffnet sich im Editor ein Fenster mit einer Übersicht aller zu übernehmenden Produkte inkl. der wichtigsten Angebotsspalten in appero quote:

Anzeige, ob die Produkte aus der Opportunity oder einem bestehenden Angebot übernommen werden.

An dieser Stelle haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die bestehende Auswahl einzuschränken, indem Sie einzelne Produkte abwählen.

Bestätigt die getroffene Auswahl und startet die Produktübernahme.
Sonderfall Summenrabatt
Auch Summenrabatte werden in der Produktübersicht mit dem zugehörigen Discount Produkt angezeigt. Das Abwählen eines vorhandenen Summenrabattes kann beim Sync aus der Opportunity unter Umständen Sinn machen, z.B. wenn das Summenrabatt-Element fest in die Vorlage eingebunden ist und der Rabatt über eine Discount Matrix automatisch berechnet wird. Wenn Sie in diesem Fall das Produkt in der Vorschau deselektieren verhindern Sie, dass nach Übernahme der Opportunity Produkte der Summenrabatt doppelt im Angebot vorhanden ist.
Übernahme der vorhandenen Produkte
Mit Klick auf “OK” startet die automatische Produktübernahme:
Der Fortschrittsbalken zeigt den Status der Produktübernahme an und schließt nach erfolgreichem Einfügen der Produkte ins Angebot.
Ausnahmen
Die automatische Produktübernahme wird nur dann unterbrochen, wenn eine Interaktion des Anwenders erforderlich ist:

Introduction
In addition to the individual selection of products via the product search, you also have the option of loading existing opportunity products into a new quote or using an existing quote as a template, which of course also includes the products it contains.
Both options save you time in your daily work and enable transparent versioning of quotes. If a quote is used as a template, it is also easier if changes to texts and images are also transferred to the new version.
Overview and product selection
After selecting an existing quote as a template or clicking the "Transfer products from opportunity" button, a window opens in the editor with an overview of all products to be transferred, including the most important quote columns in appero quote:

Special case sum discount
Sum discounts are also displayed in the product overview with the associated Discount Produkt. Deselecting an existing summary discount may make sense when syncing from the opportunity under certain circumstances, e.g. if the summary discount element is hard-coded into the template and the discount is calculated automatically via a discount matrix. In this case, if you deselect the product in the preview, you will prevent the total discount from being duplicated in the quote after the opportunity products are taken over.
Takeover of the existing products
Click on "OK" to start the automatic product transfer:
The progress bar shows the status of the product transfer and closes after successful insertion of the products into the quote.
Exceptions
Automatic product transfer is only interrupted when user interaction is required:

In these cases, the product detail dialog opens and you can make the necessary adjustments. The automatic transfer is then continued.
