Access to the editing toolbar
In the content area of the editor, numerous quote elements item can be placed (e.g. text areas, products, totals or graphics). If these are selected in the quote document via the preceding checkbox, a blue toolbar with various editing options is displayed on the left side.

Über das Auge-Symbol (ein Icon pro Zelle) können die gewünschten Zellen ein- oder ausgeblendet werden.
Das Menü schießt mit Klick auf das x am linken Rand.
Über die Aktivierung der äußersten Spalte am linken Rand, die Positionsspalte, können auch Textbereiche mit einer Nummerierung versehen werden. Dies kann z.B. für die Darstellung eines Inhaltsverzeichnisses nützlich sein.

 | Number of selected item | For a better overview, this icon shows how many selected item the following edit refers to. |
 | Move items | The two arrows enables you to move all selected line items:  The selected items can be placed anywhere in the quote document. To do this, move the two blue lines in the document using the mouse. If you move the mouse over the plus sign, the line turns green and the element can be placed at this position by clicking on it. If you want to cancel the moving process, it is enough to click on the Escape key or in the right white area of the editor outside the columns. You can also move several items at once, but they must be selected in the block. |
 | Allows you to show/hide individual cells for all selected items. | The eye icon (one icon per cell) can be used to show or hide the desired cells.  The menu closes with a click on the x at the left corner. By activating the leftmost column at the left corner, the item column, text areas can also be numbered.  | Duplicates all selected items. | Duplicates the item and places it directly below the original one. |

Hinweis: Diese Funktion hat nur Einfluss auf Produkte und Textelemente. Alle anderen Angebotselemente werden nicht berücksichtigt.
Setzt ausgewählte Positionen auf alternativ mit Formatierung/Standard.
Alle markierten Produktelemente werden zu einem darüber liegenden Produkt als Alternative gesetzt. Dies wird dargestellt durch kursive Schrift und eine hellgrüne Schraffierung im Hintergrund.
Bei erneutem Aktivieren der Funktion wird die Alternativsetzung aufgehoben (Standard).
Alternative Produkte werden bei der Berechnung aller Angebotssummen ignoriert.

Ein gesperrtes Element erkennt man am Vorhängeschloss im Badge am rechten Rand.
Hinweis: Es empfiehlt sich, wichtige Elemente wie z.B. AGB in der Angebotsvorlage zu sperren, damit diese in keinem Angebot, welches auf Basis der Vorlage entstanden ist, bearbeitet werden können. Je nach Konfiguration können von Administratoren gesetzte Sperren von Standardbenutzern nicht aufgehoben werden.
Versteckt/Zeigt alle ausgewählten Positionen im PDF an.
Bereits ausgeblendete selektierte Elemente werden für den Druck wieder freigegeben.
Alle selektierten Elemente werden endgültig gelöscht.
Hinweis: Im Unterschied zur Flex-Version gibt es in quote lightning keinen Papierkorb, aus dem man gelöschte Elemente wieder herstellen kann.
Ermöglicht die Zuordnung von Produktgruppen zu den ausgewählten Positionen
Dieser Menüpunkt öffnet die Toolbar zum Verwalten von Produktgruppen auf Ebene der Angebotsposition. Näheres unter "Produktgruppen".
A maximum of three hierarchy levels are possible, which are defined manually.  Note: This function only affects products and text item. All other quote item are not taken into account. | ||
 | Sets selected items to alternative with formatting/standard. | All marked product item are set as an alternative to a product above them. This is represented by italic font and a light green hatching in the background.  When the function is activated again, the alternative setting is cancelled (standard). Alternative products are ignored when calculating the quote total. |

 | Locks/unlocks all selected items for user interactions. | (Un)lock: All selected item are locked. Locked item cannot be edited or deleted until the lock is released by clicking the button again. Depending on the configuration, locks set by administrators cannot be removed by standard users. |
 | Hides/Displays all selected item in the PDF. | All selected item will be hidden in the PDF. This is represented with a red hatching in the background.  Selected item that have already been hidden are released again for printing. |
