Einführung

Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Sonderkonditionen, die Sie mit Ihren Kunden vereinbaren, auch automatisiert im Angebotseditor abzufragen. Dies können z.B. Rabatte sein, die der jeweilige Kunde ab einer bestimmten Abnahmemenge erhält, Jahresvereinbarungen oder auch der Agenturrabatt, die sog. AE-Provision, der generell dieser Kundengruppe zugestanden wird. Die Verwendung einer sog. Discount Matrix erspart Ihnen das mühsame Nachschlagen der zugehörigen Konditionen und verhindert Fehler.

Die Verwendung der Discount Matrix im quote Lightning Editor

Die Discount Matrix wird im Editor am Element Summenrabatt oder Preisnachlass hinterlegt. Es empfiehlt sich, dies bereits in der Angebotsvorlage zu speichern.

Sie erkennen, ob einem Rabatt bereits ein bestimmter Rabatt-Typ zugewiesen ist, direkt am Label des Angebotselements. Wenn Sie in die Spaltenbearbeitung wechseln, werden Ihnen zudem mögliche Bedingungen für die Rabattvergabe zu diesem Account angezeigt.

Introduction

You have the possibility to automatically request special conditions that you agree with your customers in the quote editor. These can be, for example, discounts that the respective customer receives from a certain purchase quantity, annual agreements or also the agency discount which is generally granted to this customer group. The use of a so-called Discount Matrix saves you the tedious lookup of the associated conditions and prevents errors.

Using the Discount Matrix in the quote Lightning Editor

The discount matrix is stored in the editor at the sum discount or price discount element. It is recommended to save this already in the quote template.

You can tell if a discount is already assigned a specific discount type directly from the label of the quote item. If you switch to column editing, you will also see possible conditions for discount allocation to this account.

Display in editor	Meaning
Image Added	The label displays the discount type assigned to the sum discount, in this case the "Product discount" discount type.
Image Added	The notice text provides information about the discount limit and the minimum amount from which the rule takes effect.
Image Added	You can overwrite the discount amount as you wish until the limit is reached.
Image Added	The reset function cancels a manual change of the discount rule and goes back to the initial value.
