Ihre Inhalte können zentral verwaltet und automatisch in den zugehörigen Angeboten und Vorlagen aktualisiert werden. Zudem sind sie für den Nutzer zur Bearbeitung gesperrt, so dass kritische Inhalte vor Manipulation geschützt sind.

Ein gängiges Beispiel für einen Self-Updating Brick sind allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen in Angeboten, die stets auf aktuellem Stand angezeigt werden sollen.

Erstellen Sie einen Brick-Datensatz über das gleichnamige Objekt und aktivieren Sie die Checkbox “Im Editor automatisch aktualisieren”.

Wird die Checkbox nachträglich bei einem bestehenden Brick gesetzt, so wirkt sich die automatische Aktualisierung nur auf die anschließend erstellten Angebote aus, die Aktivierung gilt nicht rückwirkend.

Anzeige im Angebotseditor

Der Brick kann über die Seitenleiste wie jeder andere Brick ausgewählt und ins Angebot eingefügt werden.
Optisch erkennbar ist die Funktionalität am grauen Rahmen und der Hintergrundschraffierung des Bricks.

Als Bearbeitungsoptionen stehen dem Anwender nur die Verschiebe- und die Löschfunktion zur Verfügung. Besteht der Brick aus mehreren Elementen, so können diese auch nur im Ganzen verschoben oder gelöscht werden.

Automatische Aktualisierung

Wird der sog. Parent-Brick vom Quote Admin bearbeitet, so werden diese Änderungen beim nächsten Bearbeiten eines Angebots, das den Brick enthält, angezeigt.

Änderungen können reine Bild- und Text-Inhalte, aber auch das Hinzufügen und Entfernen von ganzen Angebotselementen betreffen.

Die Änderungen greifen erst beim Öffnen des Editors, es erfolgt keine Aktualisierung in bestehenden PDFs, versendeten oder genehmigten Angeboten, d.h. von Angeboten, die nicht mehr bearbeitet werden können, so dass auf jeden Fall die Konsistenz der Daten gewährleistet ist.

Display in the quote editor

The Brick can be selected via the sidebar like any other Brick and inserted into the quote. The functionality is visually recognizable by the gray frame and the background hatching of the Brick.

The only editing options available to the user are the move and delete functions. If the brick consists of several items, they can only be moved or deleted as a whole.

Automatic update

If the so-called parent brick is edited by the Quote Admin, these changes will be displayed the next time a quote containing the brick is edited.

Changes can affect pure image and text content, but also the addition and removal of entire quote items.

The changes take effect only when the editor is opened, there is no update in existing PDFs, sent or approved quotes, i.e. quotes that can no longer be edited, so in any case the consistency of data is ensured.
