Einführung

Produkteigenschaften ohne Berechnung eignen sich dazu, Produkte im Angebot inhaltlich genauer zu spezifizieren, ohne dass dies die Preiskalkulation beeinflusst. Ein Vorteil von Produkteigenschaften ist, dass die in der Eigenschaft spezifizierten Informationen auch an die Opportunity übertragen werden und nicht im Fließtext des Angebots verloren gehen.

Erstellen Sie eine neue Produkteigenschaft vom Datensatztyp "Produktoption ohne Berechnung". Es öffnet sich die Maske zur Konfiguration der Produkteigenschaft:

Product properties without price influence are suitable for specifying products in the offer more precisely in terms of content, without this affecting the price calculation. An advantage of product properties is that the information specified in the property is also transferred to the opportunity and is not lost in the body text of the offer.

Eigenschaftstypen Text, Textbereich, Datum und Kontrollkästchen

Mit den Eigenschaftstypen „Text“, "Textbereich", "Datum" und "Kontrollkästchen" können Sie ein zusätzliches, frei befüllbares Textfeld bzw. ein Datumsfeld oder eine Checkbox als Produkteigenschaft einfügen.

Die Konfiguration erfolgt alleine über die Abschnitte "Grundkonfiguration" und "Beziehungen."

Das Feld "Preassigned Value" zeigt beim Eigenschaftstyp "Datum" standardmäßig das aktuelle Datum an. Soll es leer bleiben, ist hier der Wert "empty" einzutragen.

Property types “String”, “Textarea”, “Date”, and “Checkbox”

With the property types "String", "Textarea", "Date" and "Checkbox" you can insert an additional, freely fillable text field or a date field or a checkbox as a product property.

The configuration is done alone via the sections "Basic Configuration" and " Relations"

Note on the type "Date”

The "Preassigned Value" field shows the current date by default for the "Date" property type. If it is to remain empty, the value "empty" must be entered here. If a concrete date is to be preassigned, it is important to observe the standard format "YYYY-MM-DD" zu beachten.

Eigenschaftstyp Basismenge

Die Produkteigenschaft "Basismenge" fungiert als "versteckte" Mengenangabe bezogen auf Produkte mit Staffelpreisen. Diese Funktion ist hilfreich für Upselling-Prozesse: Hat der Kunde bereits eine bestimmte Anzahl eines Produkts gekauft, so wird bei einem weiteren Zukauf desselben Produkts diese Anzahl als sog. "Basismenge" eingetragen und bei der Ermittlung des Staffelsatzes berücksichtigt.

Die Konfiguration erfolgt alleine über die Abschnitte "Grundkonfiguration" und "Beziehungen." 

Es empfiehlt sich, dieses Produkteigenschaft auf "versteckt" zu setzen. Ein automatisches Auslesen der bereits vorhandenen Menge ist im Standard von appero quote derzeit leider nicht möglich.

Eigenschaftstyp Auswahlliste / Mehrfachauswahlliste

Bei Produkteigenschaften des Typs „Auswahlliste“ müssen die zur Auswahl stehenden Werte im Abschnitt "Zusätzlich für Auswahlliste/Mehrfachauswahlliste" - durch Kommas getrennt, ohne Leerzeichen - hinterlegt werden. Diese werden dann im Angebot in einem Dropdown-Feld abgefragt.

Für den Eigenschaftstyp "Auswahlliste / Mehrfachauswahlliste" sind folgende Felder auszufüllen:

Additional for Relationship/Table" and "Additional for Number" - do not matter for type "String" and "Checkbox".

Property type “Basequantity”

The product property "Basequantity" acts as a "hidden" quantity specification related to products with scale prices. This feature is helpful for upselling processes: If the customer has already purchased a certain number of a product, this number will be entered as the so-called "Basequantity" in the event of a further additional purchase of the same product and will be taken into account when determining the scale rate.

The configuration is done alone via the sections "Basic Configuration" and " Relations".

It is recommended to set this product property to "hidden". Unfortunately, an automatic readout of the already existing quantity is currently not possible in the standard of appero quote.

Property type “Dropdown/Multipicklist”

For product properties of the "Dropdown" type, the values available for selection must be stored in the "Additional for Dropdown/Multipicklist" section - separated by commas, without spaces. These will then be requested in the offer in a dropdown field.

Produkteigenschaften ohne Berechnung werden im Angebotseditor beim Einfügen des Produkts abgefragt und können auch später über den Produkt-Detail-Dialog bearbeitet werden:

NoteUser mit der Berechtigung "appero quote Admin" können  über den Namen der Produkteigenschaft auf den zugehörigen Datensatz in Salesforce navigieren. Die Produkteigenschaft öffnet in einem neuen Tab, so dass der Angebotsprozess nicht unterbrochen wird

Note

Users with the "appero quote Admin" permission can navigate to the associated record in Salesforce via the name of the product property. The product property opens in a new tab so that the quote process is not interrupted.
