Durch die automatisierten Genehmigungsprozesse in appero quote können Sie die Angebotsfreigabe und -Versand viel besser steuern. Genehmigungsprozesse lassen sich auf flexible Weise, z.B. je nach Berechtigungen oder Auslösekriterien durch die Angebotskalkulation konfigurieren.
Der Genehmigungsprozess in der Angebotsvorschau
Sofern ein Genehmigungsprozess ausgelöst wird, kann das Angebot nicht versendet werden. Die Schaltflächen "Versenden" und "Produkte in die Opportunity kopieren" werden ausgeblendet:

Possible criteria for an approval process
The automated approval processes in appero quote give you much better control over quote approval and dispatch. Approval processes can be configured in a flexible way, e.g. depending on authorizations or trigger criteria by the quotation costing.

If an approval process is initiated, the quote cannot be sent. The "Send" and "Copy products to opportunity" buttons are hidden:

The typical approval process has the following steps:
- The quote is submitted for approval. To do this, you will find the "Release for approval" button on the quote record:
- The approver receives a request to evaluate the quote - he/she accepts or rejects the approval request.
You can always see the current status of the approval process from the path above the preview:
Once approved, you can send the created quote to the recipient directly from Salesforce.
