Für den Angebotsprozess

Introduction

For the quoting process in appero quote steht das Produkt , the focus is on the product (product2) im Mittelpunkt. Es wurde für appero quote um spezielle Informationen für den Angebotsprozess erweitert.  Außerdem im Paket enthalten ist das Seitenlayout apoProduct Layout, das diese Erweiterungen abbildet.

Wichtig: Die vergebenen Werte müssen in identischer Form (API-Name) auch auf der entsprechenden Auswahlliste

Wenn diese Checkbox aktiv ist, wird das Produkt bei Übertrag auf die Opportunity nicht als Opportunity Produkt angelegt und somit nicht auf den Opportunity Betrag angerechnet; sinnvoll z.B. bei Portokosten, die zwar im Angebot enthalten, aber nicht auf den Umsatz angerechnet werden.

If this checkbox is active, the product will not be created as an Opportunity product when it is transferred to Opportunity and therefore will not be counted towards the Opportunity amount; useful e.g. for postage costs that are included in the quote but are not counted towards sales.

  • ein Produkt hat Zusatzprodukte

  • ein Produkt hat Produkteigenschaften aus MediaVelox

Hinweis zur Verwendung von xcolumn1 und 2 am Produkt

Sofern Sie die Formelspalten xcolumn1 und xcolumn2 aus dem Produktdatensatz befüllen möchten, müssen folgende Bedingungen erfüllt sein.

  • Der Setup-Text formularXColumn1(2)Formatter ist als Typ “String” eingestellt.

  • Der Setup-Text formularXColumn1(2) ist leer.

Ansonsten werden die Werte aus den Setup-Texten übernommen. Eine mögliche Alternative ist die Verwendung von benutzerdefinierten Spalten.

Hinweis zur Umstellung auf appero quote Lightning

Es ist nicht mehr möglich, im Angebotseditor sowohl die Spalten “Beschreibung” als auch “Detailbeschreibung” einzublenden. Wenn die Länge Ihrer Beschreibungstexte 4000 Zeichen überschreibt, empfehlen wir, die Einstellung UseDescriptionDetail im Setup zu aktivieren und Ihre Texte in diesem Feld zu pflegen. Es wird dann ausschließlich die Detailbeschreibung angezeigt. Der bisherige Setup-Parameter HideDescriptionDetail verliert seine Funktion

By default, no selection is made, so all quantity columns can be freely edited by the user.

You can use this discount value to set the lower price limit for an approval process. Only applies in combination with the UseSimplifiedApprovalLogic setting

Note on the use of xcolumn1 and 2 on the product

If you want to fill the formula columns xcolumn1 and xcolumn2 from the product data set, the following conditions must be met.

  • The Setup Text formularXColumn1(2)Formatter is set as type "String".

  • The Setup Text formularXColumn1(2) is empty.

Otherwise, the values are taken from the Setup Texts. A possible alternative is the use of Custom Columns.
