Einführung
Häufig werden rund um das Angebot Informationen benötigt, die zwar für den weiteren Angebotsprozess essentiell sind, aber nicht im eigentlichen Dokument enthalten sein sollen, z.B. Fristen, zusätzliche Informationen für den Vertrieb, Klassifizierungen des Angebotstyps etc.
Mit appero quote können Sie individuelle Informationen für Ihren Angebotsprozess direkt im Angebotseditor in einem eigenen Dialog abfragen und anschließend in eigene, benutzerdefinierte Felder auf dem Quote-Objekt speichern. Die Abfrage beim Start wird nach der Template-Auswahl eingeblendet, beim Beenden ist sie in den Beenden-Dialog integriert.
Konfiguration im SetupAktivieren Sie in den Einstellungen im Reiter “Funktionalität” bitte die folgenden drei Einstellungen:

Introduction
Frequently, information in and around the quote that is essential for the further quoting process, is required, but should not be included in the actual document, e.g. deadlines, additional information for sales, classifications of the quote type, etc.
With appero quote you can query individual information for your quoting process directly in the quote editor in a separate dialog and then save it in your own custom fields on the quote object. The query on startup is shown after the template selection, on exit it is integrated into the save&quit-dialog.

Sofern Sie den Dialog beim Start aktiviert haben, wird nach Auswahl der Angebotsvorlage oder beim Bearbeiten eines bestehenden Angebots der zusätzliche Dialog zur Abfrage Ihrer benutzerdefinierten Felder eingeblendet
Sofern Sie dieselben Felder auch beim Beenden abfragen, werden die bereits eingetragenen Werte hier erneut angezeigt und können bei Bedarf geändert werden.

Pflichtfelder können an dieser Stelle übersprungen werden, sie werden aber beim Speichern validiert. Wir empfehlen daher, Pflichtfelder auch im Speicherdialog abzufragen, damit der Benutzer darauf zugreifen kann. |

Sofern Sie den Dialog beim Beenden aktiviert haben, wird dieser mit Bestätigung des Speicherwunsches oder im Verlassen-Dialogfenster eingeblendet.
Die Felder sind mit Speichern des Angebots auf Ihrem Quote-Datensatz vorhanden und können so auch außerhalb des Editors gesehen und verwendet werden.Activates the query of the additional quote fields when exiting the editor |

If you have activated the dialog at startup, the additional dialog for querying your custom fields will be displayed after selecting the quote template or when editing an existing quote.

If you also query the same fields on exit, the values already entered are displayed again here and can be changed if necessary.

Mandatory fields can be skipped at this point, but they will be validated when saving. We therefore recommend that mandatory fields are also queried in the save dialog so that the user can access them. |

Additional Quote fields in the Base Data Dialog
Regardless of whether you have activated the dialogue when starting or closing the editor, you have access to the additional quote fields in the base data dialog at all times:
The fields are present on your quote record when you save the quote, so they can be seen and used outside the editor.
